This is a short beginners guide written in a conversational tone for newly diagnosed diabetics, or for diabetics that just need the basic guidelines on the tools you needed to make themselves healthier. Some topics covered are kitchen necessities, reading labels, diet, foods to avoid, and exercise. I want to stress the reason I wrote this is because this is how I helped myself until I got to class. I then found out that the guidelines I used in this publication is correct, by my Dr’s standards, and since it has worked for me I wanted to share. The reason this is in the Medical section is because it pertains to health and medicine. This is only one of many options your Dr might use to help you control your diabetes.Health & Well Being
